‘Ab Hai Meri Baari’ is a campaign directed towards an equal opportunity to women representation in the political sphere.

There is sufficient research to prove that women leaders have proven to be better administrators, have brought more changes and have shown better results in terms of economics or general well-being. Shilpi, the chairperson of WATER, supports the cause extensively and promotes that if Indian women can be successful everywhere, they have the right to represent themselves on the political front. 

Through the ‘ Ab hai meri Baari’ campaign, WATER endorses that equal rights are given to women candidates to run in elections. Their winnability should not be judged on the gender but on the amount of work they have done and how much more they are capable of doing.
